Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse on our Hall 1 team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
  • Participate in unit-level decision-making and assume leadership roles as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma)
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification
  • Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
