About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our Diagnostic Radiology team at Ascension's Borgess-Lee Memorial Hospital in Dowagiac, MI. As a key member of our team, you will have experience with computerized tomographic procedures and possess strong communication skills.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality computerized tomographic procedures for diagnostic purposes according to established protocols.
  • Prepare and position patients accurately, ensuring their comfort and safety during procedures.
  • Administer contrast media and/or medications as needed, adhering to state and federal regulations.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and report any abnormal activity or concerns.
  • Foster a safe working environment by following radiation safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
  • BLS certification required within 1 month of hire date.
  • Possess one or more of the following credentials:
    • Nuclear Medicine Tech credentialed from NMTCB, CT Specialty Certification, or ARRT(CT) Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography.
    • Radiologic Technologist credentialed from ARRT, specializing in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiation Therapy.
Education and Experience
  • Associate's degree/Technical degree or 4 years of cumulative job-specific experience required.
Work Schedule

Full-time position with 36 hours per week, 7a-7p shifts, three days per week, and every third weekend.
