Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit Nurse to fill a challenging and rewarding role in Brighton, MA. This position offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This RN position is available on a full-time basis, working 36 hours per week with a 12-hour shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of med/surg/tele experience, with ER experience being highly preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process to deliver and manage patient care, performing patient assessments and treatments according to policy and procedure, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: Work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Update patient records accurately and efficiently to reflect changes in patient condition and treatment plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
  • At least 1 year of med/surg/tele experience (ER experience preferred)

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
