Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for taking wagers, managing cash drawers, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also be expected to promote and educate patrons on available sports related products and wager types, as well as communicate effectively with customers regarding wagering rules, policies, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in the casino environment, preferably with knowledge of online and/or brick and mortar casino and sports book operations. Additionally, you must be able to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses/certifications and pass background and drug screenings.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
