Sportsbook Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sports Betting Representative to join our team at Hard Rock International. As a key member of our sportsbook team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patrons.

About the Role:

• You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and processing transactions efficiently.
• You will provide education and promotion of our sports related products and wager types to customers.
• You will collaborate with your colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• You must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• You should have experience in the casino industry, preferably in sports book operations.
• You must be able to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications.
• You must pass a background check and drug screening.
• You must be 21 years old or older.
