Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect patient information, including medical records and insurance details
  • Record patient health details, including vitals and temperature
  • Assist patients with medical examinations and collect test samples
  • Administer medications and injections as needed
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene and dressing
  • Monitor patients' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member
  • Valid NJ State LPN license
  • Good standing with State Registry
