Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at The Addison of Moorehead Place. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to our residents with their daily living activities, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living: Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other care services as needed.
  • Emotional and Social Support: Offer emotional support and engage with residents to promote their well-being and quality of life.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate records of assistance provided and communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Respect and Confidentiality: Uphold the confidentiality and dignity of our residents at all times.
  • Teamwork and Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional care and service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience in a Personal Care Home or related field is preferred, but training is available for candidates with a heart for caring for elderly residents.
  • Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or GED required; CNA license or Medication Technician certification a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful; ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
