Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Radiology Technologist to become a vital part of our healthcare team at St. David's South Austin Medical Center. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures, including emergency, surgical, fluoroscopic, and portable imaging.
  • Utilize radiographic equipment and associated imaging tools effectively.
  • Administer contrast media for various radiologic examinations.
  • Evaluate patient conditions and ensure optimal care during imaging procedures.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on imaging equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology recognized by the American Medical Association.
  • Certification from the Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist.
  • ARRT (R) Certification, with the understanding that it must be achieved within 12 months of employment.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support or CPR certification.
