We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Resource Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional services to our clients. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of water resources projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Client Service: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge and expertise in water resources management to deliver high-quality projects and solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Certifications: Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) or ability to obtain within six months.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to plan and organize projects and teams.
