As a Water Resource Director, you will spearhead a range of projects, from hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to flood hazard mitigation, FEMA studies, and river restoration. Your technical prowess will be put to the test as you guide diverse projects that shape the landscape.

Harness Your Technical Expertise

Put your knowledge of FLO-2D, 1D/2D modeling, floodplain mapping, and hydraulic design to work, ensuring project success. Your expertise will be invaluable in mentoring and empowering your team to grow and develop.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and AZ Professional Engineer's license.
  • Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) preferred (ability to obtain within 6 months acceptable).
  • Proven track record of client service, marketing, and business development success.
  • Strong planning, organization, and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
