Job Title: Floating Store Manager

Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floating Store Manager to oversee the operations of multiple retail stores within our network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our stores, driving revenue growth, and implementing effective business strategies to achieve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales and production goals
  • Conduct training and development programs to ensure consistent knowledge and skills across stores
  • Manage POS functions, including sales, refunds, audits, and inventory control
  • Ensure accurate record keeping, daily reports, and reporting of sales, donations, labor hours, and production
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues or complaints
  • Work collaboratively with district managers, store teams, and other stakeholders to promote the achievement of company mission
Requirements:
  • At least three years of retail management or related operational management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and train direct reports
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
