About the Neukom Center:

Position Overview:

The Rule of Law Fellowship is designed for individuals who have recently completed or are nearing completion of their legal education or doctoral studies in relevant fields such as history, political science, or economics. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to explore a wide range of topics related to the rule of law, including but not limited to constitutional law, legal reform, governance structures, and the dynamics of democracy.

Fellowship Details:

This residential fellowship provides a conducive environment for conducting research at a prestigious institution. The fellowship spans one year, with the possibility of extension based on the fellow's achievements. Fellows are expected to focus primarily on their research projects while also engaging in collaborative activities within the Center.

Participants will benefit from mentorship by esteemed faculty members and will have the chance to integrate into a vibrant academic community. They are encouraged to attend seminars, workshops, and other events that enhance their scholarly experience.

Candidate Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a JD or a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline. Ideal candidates may have experience in judicial clerkships and a proven track record of original research, demonstrated through publications or academic contributions.
