**About the Role**
We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our high-quality Early Childhood Education program at Scalliwags Childcare in Needham Heights, MA. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining center operations and providing administrative support to our team.
**Responsibilities**
* Assist in administrative functions, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with families and staff
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and files
* Provide exceptional customer service to families, staff, and visitors
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth center operations
**Qualifications**
* Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Early Education, Human Development, or related field, or 30 college credits with an Early Childhood or School Age focus
* Lead Infant/Toddler & Preschool Certification Preferred
* Director I EEC Qualifications or EEC Administrative course (required)
