EnLink is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Safety Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage EnLink's safety strategy, including leading safety training, conducting facility inspections/audits, and engaging with contractors.
  • Provide support to operations, project engineers, and other groups to achieve safety compliance for EnLink Midstream assets.
  • Supervise and provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports.
  • Implement, manage, and enhance the safety program, including safety training, inspections, and audits.
  • Perform duties necessary to ensure health and safety compliance, including oversight of safety training programs, incident investigations, safety reviews, and hazard assessments.
  • Coordinate with first responders to improve emergency response programs and facilitate emergency response drills.
  • Work with operations and engineering/construction teams to implement EH&S programs.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of direct experience in the safety field in oil and gas, petrochemical, or similar industry.
  • Strong experience with and working knowledge of applicable Occupational Safety & Health Administrations (OSHA) 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in providing health and safety training.
  • Ability to achieve results through influencing others and possess flexibility while being both analytical and detailed-oriented.
Work Environment:

This role requires travel to assets throughout the area, with occasional overnight travel.
