  • Outstanding leadership experience, a proven successful record of coaching and mentoring employees to improve results.
  • Superb probing, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work branch hours, including Saturdays.
  • Compliance with Dodd/Frank Truth in Lending Act.
  • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry eligible and Safe Act of 2008 compliant.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent five-year retail banking experience.
  • Two years of management experience preferred.
  • Five years of retail banking experience strongly preferred.
  • Mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
