Position Overview
As a pivotal member of the management team, the Lead Mechanical Engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to address organizational and employee-related matters. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities across multiple HR disciplines, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and corporate policies. The incumbent will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner and change agent within the organization.
  • Provide regular guidance to management on HR functions and business operations.
  • Implement corporate policies at the departmental level.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate leadership development initiatives, addressing root causes of employee relations challenges.
  • Utilize a systematic approach to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Assist management in developing solutions through a cultural and process-oriented perspective.
  • Drive company-wide initiatives such as workforce planning and organizational change.

Education and Experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Master's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Regularly required to communicate effectively.
  • This position operates in a professional office setting.
