US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Supervisor to lead our production team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality chain drive systems.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production schedules, including setting priorities and allocating resources.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with production staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of related experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, math skills, and the ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
