Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising shift teams and ensuring the proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines within a production area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise shift teams and ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines within a production area.
  • Provide regular feedback and make recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line.
  • Cooperate with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.
  • Help management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses, machine outages, or shifting priorities.
  • Reinforce focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Assist management and shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines during the shift.
  • Serve as a leader during shifts to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issues.
Requirements
  • Immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in working with relevant tools and methodologies and the industry market.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in / have established skills / advanced skills / have years of experience in relevant field.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of / qualified in / highly adept in specialized software/platforms.
  • Passionate about / captivated by / innovative around relevant soft skills and relevant soft skills.
  • Degree in / have a demonstrated track record in / extensive knowledge of / proven experience of specific degree, qualification in subject.
  • At ease communicating in required language skill(s).
  • Hold current required licenses valid in job location and country-specific VISA/work permit where required.
