The main emphasis will be on card services, including fraud detection and dispute resolution, managing card service systems, and offering support for financial operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Operations Coordinator:

  • Oversee all electronic transactions, such as ACH, ATM, Share Draft, wire transfers, card entries, and more.
  • Monitor and resolve debit card fraud incidents and disputes.
  • Balance clearing accounts and execute necessary transactions.
  • Address member inquiries related to statements, disputes, and adjustments.
  • Assist with month-end closing, audits, and regulatory examinations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in back-office operations and financial accounting systems.
  • Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications.
