Job Description

We are seeking an administrative professional to join our team as a Property Manager Assistant. This role involves performing various administrative tasks, including collection calls, account payables, accounts receivables, violations management, and filing.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Make collection calls to tenants and vendors
  • Process account payables and accounts receivables
  • Manage violations and communicate with relevant parties

Salary Range: $52,000 - $62,000 per year

This is a full-time position with standard office hours. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administrative work, preferably in real estate or property management. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and being computer-savvy are required for this role.
