Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support to residents and their families, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Monitor residents' health and administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document resident care services by maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Resolve resident problems and needs by utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach.
- Ensure quality of care by adhering to facility philosophies and standards of care.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and respect their dignity and independence.
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
