Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mount Carmel St. Ann's. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient care needs, utilizing evidence-based practice to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by providers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes in accordance with organizational standards and policies.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team.
- Basic computer skills and prior experience using an EMR for charting are preferred.
