Position Summary:
The Utility Technician will report directly to the Supervisor and play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency within the department. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of departmental functions and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are duly signed off.
2. Validate the accuracy of receivers and participate in physical inventory checks.
3. Manage the precision of third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
4. Conduct safety audits to maintain a secure working environment.
5. Lead the team to meet production targets while ensuring inventory accuracy.
6. Oversee the security of the area and maintain inventory integrity.
7. Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
8. Provide training and support to new team members.
9. Motivate staff to achieve their best performance.
10. Assist the lead in departmental duties and fill in during their absence.
11. Support the materials coordinator and cover their responsibilities when required.
12. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
