Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient care and support in the Oncology Department at University of Chicago Medicine.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient experiences and optimal outcomes.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to address their unique needs and concerns.

Stay up-to-date on the latest medical oncology practices and guidelines to provide informed guidance and support.

Work closely with the Oncology Department to ensure efficient and effective patient flow and communication.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex patient needs and concerns.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.

Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
