This is a full-time/part-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Caregiver Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to our clients, including assisting with daily routines, meals, and activities.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client care and progress
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • CPR/First Aid certification required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
