As an RBT, you will be responsible for providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in an outpatient clinic setting, home-based, or school/community setting. You will implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) under the direction of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and facilitate the development and identification of resources and support information for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA therapy to clients in a variety of settings
  • Implement ITPs under the direction of BCBAs
  • Facilitate the development and identification of resources and support information for patients and their families
  • Provide detailed daily treatment notes in our EMR system
  • Discuss referrals for additional patient services with BCBAs
  • Complete all documentation and supervisory requirements as required by state board for RBT
  • Communicate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members
  • Participate in therapy meetings and CEU trainings as scheduled

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current RBT certification a plus
  • Experience in a pediatric environment (daycares, schools, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
