About the Role:

As a Fabrication Coordinator at DXP Enterprises, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goal of being the best solution for our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and dispatch shop field service technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
  • Assign duties to service technicians and ensure they have the necessary resources to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare quotes on service jobs and enter sales orders for service jobs to ensure accurate billing.
  • Order parts for service jobs and assign labor to service jobs to ensure timely completion.
  • Invoice service jobs and ensure they are progressing according to schedule.
  • Assist the Shop Manager in evaluating service technicians and inspect service jobs to verify conformance with company standards and/or customer specifications.
  • Ensure service technicians perform duties according to company safety policy.
Requirements:
  • Experience in pump service and fabrication.
  • Employee management experience.
  • Ability to motivate team and accomplish goals.
