Athletic Trainer Medical Office Professional

UCHealth is seeking an experienced Athletic Trainer to join our team in the Spine Center Rehabilitation department. As an Athletic Trainer, you will provide direct patient care in a medical/physician office setting, evaluating, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care to address their unique needs and goals.
• Provide clinical education and expert guidance to patients and families on procedures and plan of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Monitor and record patient progress, making adjustments to plans as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field.
• Certification by the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA).
• Registration with the State of Colorado as an Athletic Trainer.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
