- Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all healthcare policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (RN).
- Current RN license in good standing with the state licensing authority.
- BLS Certification required.
- Prior experience in a patient care setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, physicians, and other healthcare personnel.
- Critical thinking and multitasking abilities, along with basic math and computer skills.
Work Environment:
This position is based in an inpatient setting within a JCAHO accredited facility, focusing on critical and intensive care, emergency medicine, medical-surgical, and surgical specialties.
