Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals that meet the dietary needs of residents
- Manage food production, inventory, and sanitation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate records of food preparation, service, and resident diet requirements
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience in food preparation, including full-line menu items and therapeutic diets
- Maintains current SERV Safe certification or participates in food services sanitation training
Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per year
