Job Title: Professional Land Surveyor

At The Kleingers Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Land Surveyor to join our team as a Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of surveyors, overseeing the production of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee the planning and analysis of projects, ensuring they meet the required standards and deadlines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating effectively and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist in business development efforts, participating in presentations and networking events to promote the survey services.
  • Review and sign off on survey plats and reports, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Responsible for QA/QC of all team work product, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet or exceed financial and performance metrics, providing recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Current Ohio Professional Survey License is required.
  • Minimum 5 consecutive years surveying experience, including 2 years successfully leading production and coordinating technical activities.
  • Ability to identify and solve complex survey problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and accurate.
