Job Overview:
At Blink Fitness, we're seeking a highly dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Blink family, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for our members.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including the sidewalk, entrance, front porch, and training areas.
• Clean and sanitize the reception areas and offices to meet our high standards of excellence.
• Restock locker rooms with necessary supplies and ensure they're clean and tidy.
• Ensure all fitness areas are clean, presentable, and equipment is functioning properly.

Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of what constitutes a clean environment and ability to identify areas that need attention.
• Ability to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in handling and using cleaning products and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with hand tools and cleaning equipment.
