Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate RN/LPN to join our team as a Skilled Nursing Caregiver. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, working independently to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a similar setting.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
