At ADM, we are seeking a highly skilled Tax Technology Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in the identification, implementation, and maintenance of key tax technology applications that support tax calculations and compliance with US and international tax laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with tax subject matter experts and tax technology personnel to identify and implement tax technology solutions.
- Support automation efforts around specific tax processes and calculations, such as depreciation, apportionment, and book-to-tax differences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and requirements for tax computation and reporting improvements.
- Develop and maintain tax systems, data items, and calculations to support various tax functions.
- Manage and improve the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program and Foreign Company Income Tax Return (FCIR) preparation process.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Statistical Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience with a public accounting firm or industry with emphasis on data analytics, data warehouse, and tax, income tax calculations, transfer pricing, or intercompany calculation/automation.
- Strong tax technology project management experience preferred.
- Alteryx (or similar data analytics software) experience is a plus, but ability to adapt to and learn new applications is a must.
