Job Title: Decarbonization Expert

At Dewberry Engineers Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled Decarbonization Expert to join our team. As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading our efforts to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable practices in the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement decarbonization strategies for clients and projects
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members on energy efficiency and clean energy technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate decarbonization solutions into project designs
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and proposals to promote our decarbonization services
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience in mechanical engineering and decarbonization
  • Proven track record of delivering high-performance and energy-efficient designs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
