Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Omnicell automation equipment at customer sites, ensuring compliance with Omnicell SOPs and best practices.
  • Perform automation tasks in aseptic environments, adhering to set guidelines and regulations.
  • Collaborate with customers to optimize their use of automation, recommending improvements and best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain automation equipment, performing daily inspections and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Provide on-site support and training to customers, ensuring seamless implementation of Omnicell's automation solutions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification (PTCB or equivalent) and state registration/license preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 100% of the time, including weekend stays as needed.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware, Microsoft Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.
