Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of our property, Victoria Park Sassafras in Salisbury, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in a Tax Credit environment, and possess excellent customer service skills, written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager in the administration of the property, including but not limited to:
  • Leasing and resident services
  • Financial management and reporting
  • Marketing and advertising
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 2+ years of prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or similar position
  • Yardi Software experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with tax credit re-certification process
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines on a consistent basis
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail for both the physical property and required LHTC guidelines/general paperwork
