Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced RNs and LPNs to join our team in our Long Term Care and Rehab Facility Agency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and perform procedures as ordered by physicians.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • RN or LPN licensure in the State of Maine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and well-being.
What We Offer
