Responsibilities- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC financial reporting requirements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile account balances and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Collaboration with Auditors: Coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and address any audit findings.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting: Assist with various ad-hoc reporting, including return on investment (ROI) analysis, profit and loss (PnL) statements, and position exposure reports.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in fund accounting, audit, or administration.
- Skills: Strong Excel skills, knowledge of fund accounting and operations, excellent analytical and communication skills, and ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Blackstone Restaurant offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $140,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. We also offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
