Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Process orders in the NetPlus system by generating a TSR (Telecommunications Service Request) based on customer information.
  • Collaborate with relevant supervisors to provide time and material estimates.
  • Engage directly with Outside Plant and Inside Plant technicians regarding service order inquiries or issues and/or troubleshooting calls as necessary.
  • Address routine pricing questions, including the issuance of Corrected Service Orders when required.
  • Maintain the NetPlus database, which involves constructing new cables, establishing new connectivity devices, and updating LENs and connectivity for phone numbers and circuits.
  • Provide both verbal and written guidance for all telecommunication devices utilized.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative include:

  • 2-3+ years of pertinent experience.
  • Experience in managing ticket/service requests or in an administrative or customer service role.
  • ACTIVE DoD SECRET Clearance is required.

Compensation for the Customer Service Representative includes:

  • $55K-$60K based on experience.

  • Paid Time Off and 11 federal Holidays.
