Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Surgical Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our physicians and staff to provide exceptional patient care and support throughout the entire treatment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians and staff with patient care and treatment planning
  • Prepare instruments, equipment, and operating rooms for procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and medical staff
  • Verify patient information and ensure accurate labeling of medications and supplies
  • Clean and sterilize operating rooms and instruments
  • Assist with patient discharge and follow-up appointments
Requirements
  • Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of medical instruments and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
