Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team. As a Surgical Technician, you'll play a vital role in the patient experience, from pre-procedure to post-procedure. You'll assist our physicians, prepare instruments and equipment, and communicate treatment plans with our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians during procedures
  • Prepare instruments, equipment, and operating rooms
  • Communicate treatment plans with medical staff
  • Verify patient information and surgery details
  • Clean and sterilize operating rooms and instruments
  • Explain treatment procedures to patients and caregivers
  • Assist with patient discharge and follow-up appointments
Requirements
  • Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
