Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform precision repairs, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement
  • Accurately assess and document damage to vehicles, communicating updates to the body shop lead
  • Utilize various tools and equipment, such as air sanders, electric sanders, paint guns, and polishers
  • Familiarize yourself with manufacturer repair procedures and industry standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in vehicle body repair preferred
  • Technical knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and best practices
  • Attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team
