Auto Body Damage Inspector and Estimator

As an Auto Body Damage Inspector and Estimator at Town & County Auto Body Collision Center, you will be responsible for inspecting vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs, preparing accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software, and communicating with insurance companies to negotiate repair costs and ensure timely payment.
You will work closely with our team to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This includes coordinating with technicians and other team members to ensure that repairs are completed on time and to budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of repairs and costs, including photographs and documentation for insurance claims.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a collision repair shop, and hold a CT MVPD license. Strong knowledge of automotive repairs and techniques is essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in computer software programs such as CCC ONE or Audatex is also required. This position offers a competitive $70,000 - $90,000 per year salary with a commission structure.
