About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Green Hills location in Nashville, TN. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and delivering a unique shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide outstanding service to customers
  • Offer additional financing options to customers and educate them on current promotional offerings
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and maintain store standards
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues and enhance customer service
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service and creates solutions that drive business results
