Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Field and Office Projects with support staff to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Create Project Staffing Requirements and manage project timelines, scope, and budget to meet client expectations.
- Prepare and Present Project Proposals to clients, highlighting our expertise and value proposition.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Project Timelines and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide QA/QC and Peer Review of surveys to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform Staff Management Tasks to support the growth and development of our team members.
- Manage Control, Boundary, Topography, ALTA, Right of Way, and Construction Surveys to meet client needs.
- Oversee CAD Standards for employees, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure consistency and quality.
- Work with Other Departments to smoothly orchestrate multi-discipline projects and deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain Strong Relationships with clients and participate in business development to drive growth and revenue.
- Responsible for Full Project Lifecycle, including financial objectives and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Professional Land Surveyor License in Tennessee.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Survey, Geomatics, GIS, or a related field.
- 7-8+ Years of Related Office Experience in surveying or a related field.
- Comprehensive Knowledge of surveying fundamentals, principles, and equipment operations.
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software.
- Familiar with Trimble Equipment and Trimble Business Center.
- Ability to Work Closely in a Team Environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail and strong problem-solving ability.
- Highly Motivated Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities.
- Experience with Contracts, Negotiations, Budgets, and Estimating to ensure project success.
- Leadership Capability to manage and support staff for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Ability to Write and Convey Technical Information clearly and effectively present information to clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient with GEOPAK, MicroStation, and OpenRoads software.
- Experience with LiDAR Capabilities such as 3D laser scanning and point cloud registration.
