As a CRNA, you will be part of a collaborative team providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and friendly environment.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering anesthesia care for a variety of cases, including general surgery, robotic, orthopedics, urology, ENT, podiatry, endoscopy, and MAC cases at the Pain Center, as well as OB cases. The types of cases will be diverse, with no hearts, craniotomies, or thoracic cases, and occasional healthy pediatrics with specialty board-certified pediatric anesthesiologists to assist.
Work EnvironmentThe Anesthesia Department at AdventHealth Bolingbrook Medical Center is known for its friendly, supportive, and collaborative team-based approach, which involves not only anesthesia care but also surgeons. The typical hours of work are 7a-3p Monday through Friday, or possibly 7a-7p 3 days per week, which must include Friday. With growth, the potential for later starting shifts and call exist.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
- Current, or eligible for, IL APNP license
- Current, or eligible for, DEA licensure
- Current CPR, ACLS, NALS, and PALS certifications
