Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Electrical Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers during the sales process, maintaining professional sales demeanor, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software.
  • Track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating documentation, and making follow-up calls.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and generate product stock requests.
  • Create and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, stay organized, and work within a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.
  • Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months.
