**Job Summary**


The Sr. Maintenance Supervisor will lead a dedicated and committed Mechanical Maintenance Staff at Heidelberg Materials US, Inc.


This position requires a detailed and organized approach to preventative and corrective maintenance tasks that impact our everyday cement operations.


The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance of maintenance operations with the Maintenance Model and contributing to the achievement of production, quality, environment, reliability, and utilization targets.


**Responsibilities**



  • Contribute to the achievement of production, quality, environment, reliability, and utilization targets.
  • Ensure strict compliance of maintenance operations with the Maintenance Model.
  • Develop a condition-based preventive maintenance culture on a day-to-day basis.
  • Cooperate with Purchasing Department and is responsible for technical evaluation offers for spare parts.
  • Follow-up and optimize Maintenance Department expenses according to Operating Plan.
  • Ensure adoption and adherence to standards, norms, and best practices.
  • Ensure the management of individual performance.
  • Follow plant and MSHA Safety Policies.

**Requirements**



  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience or on-the-job experience to offset a degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing, cement plant experience preferred.
  • Prior experience managing staff.
  • Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate others.
