MISTRAS Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Director of Integrity Services to lead its Integrity Services team in North America. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and directing consulting services efforts across the region.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Managing and directing a team of integrity professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Mentoring staff and providing training and professional development support to enhance their skills and performance
  • Managing client portfolios and growing revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Managing team budgets and forecasting financial goals to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Ensuring quality assurance of team deliverables to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements
  • Achieving billable revenue goals at the individual and team levels to drive business growth
  • Establishing industry presence through conference attendance and presentations to promote MISTRAS Group Inc.'s expertise and thought leadership
  • Overseeing activities and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards
  • Providing education opportunities to employees to enhance their knowledge and skills
  • Approving time and expense reports to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies
  • SUPPORTING CLIENTS WITH PHMSA/DOT REGULATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Planning and managing team resources to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Budget management and forecasting
  • Reviewing and approving pre-bill invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Managing scope and deliverables to meet customer expectations and project timelines
  • CLIENT INTERFACE AND MANAGEMENT TO BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS
  • Sales and marketing team support to drive business growth and revenue
  • Proposal development and cost estimates to secure new business and expand existing relationships
  • Sales meetings and presentations to promote MISTRAS Group Inc.'s expertise and build strong relationships with clients
  • Conference attendance and participation to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • SUPPORTING INTERNAL CLIENTS WITH THEIR NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • SUPPORTING COMPANY STRATEGIC INITIATIVES TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH AND REVENUE
  • Acting as SME for company software initiatives to provide technical expertise and guidance
  • SUPPORTING OPERATIONAL AND QUALITY CONTROL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS TO OPTIMIZE PROCESSES AND DELIVER RESULTS
  • SUPPORTING STRATEGIC PLANNING AND OTHER BUSINESS INITIATIVES TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH AND REVENUE
  • Developing and implementing continuing education programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in integrity management
  • Previous management and project management experience
  • Demonstrable knowledge of PHMSA/DOT standards
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Technical writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience with GIS, spill simulation software, air dispersion modeling software, and risk analysis software
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Strong leadership skills

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
